for me to think of this. But clearly, the static, graphic-heavy layout of my personal website is just not working out. Every year or so, I’ll spend a few weeks or months revamping the layout, get something that’s reasonably pretty, but then—and this always happens—I’ll stop short of actually adding meaningful content. I know that the strength of my websites has always been content (usually written), so having a pretty-looking but empty website is pretty useless as far as my goals go. So I am going to switch to an entirely blog-like layout for my website, less graphic-heavy, and more content driven. Not sure how I’ll work out all the logistics yet, but I think this is clearly the way to go. This will make the site and all its subsections easier to maintain, too. So look out for a new and improved layout (with content!) in the near future!
